My Favorite Books From 2022
Good morning and Happy New Year to all!
We spent a wonderful New Years Eve yesterday and last night by doing a lot of nothing. After another epic Christmas visit to Colombia, the four of us were happy to lounge around with full abandon for scheduled activities, binge watching Wednesday and eating Chinese food. Wednesday is great fun by the way, more to follow on that.
Here are my top five favorite books I read in 2022.
- The Killer Angels: The Classic Novel of the Civil War
- Wherever You Go, There You Are
- Deep Work
- Bird Box
- The Numbers Game: Why Everything You Know About Soccer is Wrong
So, if you’re looking for some entertaining fiction to read this year, The Killer Angels and Bird Box will not disappoint.
If you’re looking for self-improvement books that will challenge the way you live and what you think, after all, the start of new year is a great time to do this, read Wherever You Go There You Are, and Deep Work.
And finally, if this Fifa World Cup season left you stunned and amazed at the upsets, surprises, and fight-to-the-end that was the final between France and Argentina, I recommend nerding out with The Numbers Game: Why Everything You Know About Soccer is Wrong.
Here’s to a New Year and a new reading list.
